How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order status in real time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent within a week of your purchase. You can also contact us directly at contact@hangingcomfort.com to check the status of your order.

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 3-4 business days . Below are the expected delivery times.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 3-4 business days from initial shipment. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at contact@hangingcomfort.com

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

How does shipping work and cost?

Shipping is FREE unless stated otherwise 

All our items are shipped out separately unless you buy two or more of the same thing.

Do you ship products internationally?

Hanging Comfort does not currently ship worldwide on a select number of products. However we are working hard to do so in the future. Please contact contact@hangingcomfort.com for eligibility. 

I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package? 

Since we have multiple fulfillment centers, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… Rest assured, they will get to you.

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. You have 24 hours after purchase to notify us of shipping changes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. If you would like to reroute the shipment and it is possible, you will be charged any fees associated with this change. Contact us anyway, as we still care, and we'll try to make it right for you. 

How secure is my personal information?

Hanging Comfort adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. 

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
