Returns and Refunds (if applicable)

Our smaller items such as accessories, hammocks, and hammocks chairs are eligible for return due to their small size. You are still responsible for paying the cost of return shipping and a restocking fee if applicable.

Unfortunately due to the size, weight and nature of our premium custom hanging chairs, beds, and porch swings we do not provide returns or refunds, all sales are final. However, there is an exception, if a product was damaged in transit or exhibits a manufacturers defect you may be eligible for compensation. 

You MUST report any damage. YOU MUST INSPECT ALL ITEMS.

You have 24 hours from time of delivery to report any damage that may have been caused by delivery or product that exhibits a manufacturers defect. You MUST submit photo evidence to support@hangingcomfort.com along with a description. Your submission will then be reviewed and if deemed necessary either a partial or full refund, discount or store credit will be issued once the item has been returned or resolved. Failure to do so will result in your ineligibility of refund and or return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must comply to the statements above. Failure to comply will result in termination of return and any compensation. All items that come in boxes must be returned in the same boxes. This does not include products that arrive blanket wrapped. Returns must be picked up and in transit no more than 14 days from the date of delivery and must include all instructions, pieces etc. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping charges on returned items unless specified otherwise (manufacturers defect/shipping damage). Not liking the product, variant, finish, or colorway does NOT make eligibility. If you still wish to return and refund you will be responsible for paying return shipping and restocking fee. This will be subtracted from your final refund. If the shipment is damaged in return shipping, your final refund will be determined based on the value of the items in their current condition. 

*Please note if you have limited access, small doorways, halls or elevators that some boxes may not fit. Dimensions and spec sheets are listed for every product please call or contact for exact dimensions if you are still concerned. Orders that will not fit into a customer’s home, or intended space are not eligible and will be subject to this return and refund policy. Make sure you understand what you are buying and consult the dimensions and spec sheet for product size. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once your return is approved, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund/compensation. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

We understand how strict our return and refund policy is. This is due to the size, weight and nature of our products. It is not easy. However, returns and refund are extremely rare scenarios as we utilize the best shipping carriers in the US. Our products are of the utmost quality and comfort style. You will be relaxing in stylish comfort for years to come. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, all sales are final 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please refer to our return policy above and send an email to support@hangingcomfort.com.


We utilize a variety of shipping methods to safely deliver our various products. Some products specifically require that we send them either common carrier or specialty carrier depending on the packaging or unique requirements of the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
